Spiritual Director
Brittany Detamore has been in active Catholic ministry for over 10 years, serving as a young adult minister, business manager for multiple Catholic churches, retreat organizer and leader, to name a few. She is married and has one son. Brittany is passionate about helping others grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with God. She strongly believes in our Lord’s promise found in Matthew 18:20: ‘For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.’
She knows that God is present during spiritual direction and that we come to know Him and ourselves better while in spiritual direction.
Spiritual Director
Oscar Henriquez is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive 7-year academic career as a university professor and 1 year of experience in engineering at a fortune 100 company, starting from 2022. He is also a practicing Catholic who has dedicated the past five years to parish ministry, providing spiritual direction and guidance to young adults as well as university students.
Oscar has excellent language skills, being both native Spanish speaker and proficient in English, French and Spanish which makes him uniquely qualified for ministering to people from diverse backgrounds. His knowledge of technology allows him to provide practical advice on how faith can be integrated into everyday life.
Lead Pastor
Dr. Jared Wuerzburger started his career as a university professor at a local state instiution. Jared has held such positions as Youth Minister, Campus Minister, Young Adult Minister, and Director of Religious Education. He has lived in eight states in 15 years and people are his passion. Jared has a Master's of Theology from Saint Meinrad Archabbey, and a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning. He currently is also employeed at a Fortune 100 company and finding unique ways of ministering including working as a liturgist, organist, and web designer for his local parish.
As a campus minister, Jared handled 6-8 spiritual direction sessions per day for over two years. Jared's spiritual director encouraged him to recieve training in spiritual direction to offer those gifts and talents to the extended body of christ via Spiritual.Chat. That certificate will be finished in 2024.
